1. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail from us.
2. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive another confirmation with the tracking number of your parcel. It’ll allow you to track your delivery on UPS website.
3. Monitor your package and ensure someone is able to retrieve the parcel upon arrival or you can pick it up at a service point.
NOTE. We do not ship to the following cities and countries: Las Palmas, Cruz de Tenerife, Ceuta and Melilla and the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark and Hem)
Order process on-demand products
1. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
2. When the production of your order has started, you will receive another e-mail from us stating the production time. Production normally takes 3-5 days.
3. As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you the tracking number of your parcel. It’ll allow you to track your delivery on UPS website.
4. Monitor your package and ensure someone is able to retrieve the parcel upon arrival or you can pick it up at a service point.
NOTE. We do not ship to the following cities and countries: Las Palmas, Cruz de Tenerife, Ceuta and Melilla and the Channel islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark and Hem).
As an Aéryne customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 24h after you placed your order. If you have ordered an on-demand product you can only cancel as long as the product has not yet gone into production. Aéryne has the right to cancel the order if the fabric has run out of stock. If you wish to cancel your order after 24h, Aéryne is entitled to charge you a fee of €15 if the package has not been shipped yet. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to cancel your order and they will help you out.
I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING THAT ONE OR MORE ITEMS FROM MY ORDER ARE SOLD OUT. WILL THESE BE SHIPPED LATER?
If you had the bad luck of items turning out to be sold out due to an incorrect stock balance, then unfortunately we will not be able to ship them to you when/if they are eventually restocked. We recommend you to sign up on our newsletter to be the first to know once items have been re-stocked. You will be refunded for the cancelled items in the usual manner.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. Please use the same bag as your order came in. If you wish to return an on-demand item within EU, please use the provided UPS return slip included in the package. You can drop off the parcel at a UPS access point or call for a pick-up. Remember to save your proof of postage receipt.

Done! We’ll send you a return confirmation email as soon as your return is registered, and then proceed to process your refund.
NOTE: Make sure the item(s) is in the same condition as it was upon reception, i.e. in the original packaging, with all labels and tags attached. If the item returned is not in sellable condition, you won’t be refunded for your return. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us and await further instruction before returning the item(s). Our customer service team will inform you whether or not you are eligible for a free of charge return.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
You will receive a return confirmation via email as soon as we have processed your return. It may take up to 14 business days for a return to be received and processed.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS FROM DIFFERENT ORDERS IN THE SAME PARCEL?
You are more than welcome to put items from different orders in the same return parcel. Just be sure to place the return slip for each order in the package, otherwise, we cannot register your returns. And please contact our amazing customer service, to make sure you won’t be charged double for the return fee.
CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?
Absolutely! You have the same return rights for all items you order from us.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
As an Aéryne customer, you have the right to return any item you order within 14 days of delivery. Returns are free for orders over 100€, otherwise, you will be charged 9.90 € (within EU) and 19.90 € (Outside EU). We will not charge you a return cost in case of faulty or damaged goods. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. Please use the same bag as your order came in.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
No. We do not technically exchange items. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend you return the unwanted item(s) through the process described above. Then proceed to place a new order for the item in the size/color you want. No replacement will be sent to you automatically.
When you have received a return confirmation by email, the process for your refund is initiated.
Debit and Credit Cards - You will receive the refund within1-5 working days. The refund will be transferred to the card used for payment.
Klarna - If you paid by card or direct payment, we will refund the money to your bank account automatically. If you paid by invoice, it will be adjusted when we have received your return, after which you will receive a confirmation from us and Klarna via email. If you chose to keep parts of the order, you will receive an updated invoice so that you can pay for the goods you have at home.
PayPal - 1-5 working days. The refund will be transferred to the same PayPal account used for payment.
